Car Bombed
An officer saw a vehicle allegedly speeding in Stuart, Fla. The vehicle was stopped, and Michael Moore, 61, was behind the wheel, reportedly smelling of booze and appearing drunk. Moore explained that he had a fight with his wife. “He also told me that his wife told him that he [had] been drinking too much so he decided to go out and ‘drive it off’,” the officer said, and Moore said was heading to a bar for “a few” more. Moore’s blood alcohol level was measured at 0.104 and 0.103 percent, and he was arrested for driving under the influence. (MS/Stuart News) ...Walking it off: sure. Sleeping it off: you bet.
