Dance Fever

Christian Radecki, 44, of Cape Coral, Fla., was caught on video dancing, accompanied by music blasting in his car, including Hall & Oates’ “Rich Girl” and Supertramp’s “Goodbye Stranger”. It made the news because of where Radecki was dancing: on the roof of a marked Lee County Sheriff’s patrol car. When he was done, he allegedly broke the vehicle’s windshield wipers, and stole an American flag from someone’s yard. When contacted by police, Radecki denied being on alcohol or drugs, but said the event was triggered by a “woman with fangs” who said there was to be a human sacrifice to vampires. “Therefore, Radecki made the conscious decision to get the Sheriff of Nottingham to help him stop the slaughter of small children,” the resulting police report says. Radecki, who has a record that includes sex offenses, was charged with disturbing the peace and criminal mischief. He was checked at a hospital, and given a medical clearance to be jailed.
