Desperation, Defined

Charlie J. Price, 57, walked into a Rite Aid pharmacy in Pittsfield, Mass., and allegedly “grabbed hold of the sunglass display, hugged it tightly and then began to lick and kiss the face of the female party [pictured] on the display,” according to a police report. After about a minute Price fell to the floor, then got back up and started yelling and screaming, scaring customers who “actively” tried to get out of the area. Price, a registered sex offender, was ordered to pay a $200 fine after pleading guilty to disturbing the peace. (MS/Berkshire Eagle) ...The victim is continuing to work, and had no comment on the matter.
