Police in Edmonton, Alta., Canada, were called at 7:00 p.m. to check a man who had climbed a 25-storey construction crane — and was sitting on top drinking a beer. The man came down at police bidding and explained he “just wanted a selfie” at sunset. Unamused officers said the man, who is from B.C., faces a ticket for drinking in public, trespassing, and mischief. The unnamed man showed the resulting photo to police, who noted it was blurry.
