Hell Hath No Fury
Osceola County, Fla., sheriff’s deputy Edeania Nettles, 39, spotted her husband, St. Cloud police Sgt. Elbert John Nettles, 36, in a park — with St. Cloud police officer Jennifer Hoyos, 26. Hoyos was on duty at the park, Nettles was not. According to reports, Edeania Nettles punched Hoyos in the face and yanked her out of her patrol car by the hair. In the scuffle that followed, Hoyos ended up with a skinned knee, bloody lips, scratches on her neck, and some hair pulled out. Edeania Nettles was arrested and charged with battery on a police officer, and has been fired.
