Ignorance Isn’t Always Bliss
Police in Key West, Fla., responded to a call reporting three suspicious people on a resort property. When they arrived, officers saw Guy Lanchester, 46, allegedly hide a bag of cocaine in a flower pot. He was arrested. “I don’t understand,” Lanchester reportedly told officers when he got to the jail. “I thought cocaine wasn’t illegal in Florida.” He is being held without bond.
