Jury Duty

Kyle Powell served on a grand jury in Brevard County, Fla. After the proceedings, an employee in the courthouse noticed her iPhone was missing from her office. The phone had GPS tracking enabled, which led deputies to Powell’s house. Powell was arrested and allegedly confessed to stealing the phone, and over $200 in cash, while on a break during the jury proceedings. Investigators said Powell also confessed to spending the money on dinner and marijuana. The state attorney’s office said it’s now trying to figure out if they need to convene a second grand jury (MS/WFTV Orlando) ...Now that’s a valuable juror: he understands justice from both sides.
