Make a Run for the Border

The description of a car crash in Gwinnett County, Ga., sounds pretty spectacular. A Toyota 4Runner, witnesses say, ran a red light and hit a car, but kept going: the SUV then hit two signs, “shot into the air and hit another car while flipping,” and then crashed into the front entrance of a Taco Bell fast-food restaurant. The driver, investigators say, “stated that he was trying to commit suicide.” He didn’t succeed: Yared Woldemariam only had minor injuries, and was arrested on charges of reckless conduct, reckless driving, and various traffic violations. (RC/Gwinnett Daily Post) ...If he wanted to die he could have just ordered something at the drive-thru.
