Minister the Munitions

The Palm Beach County, Fla., Special Operations Team was called out when employees of the Salvation Army found something startling in a donation bin: a hand grenade. The grenade was rendered “safe” and evacuations lifted within two hours. “We believe this could have been a situation in which individuals were donating goods of a loved one to our Family Store, but had no idea what was in the box,” suggested Salvation Army Area Commander Thomas McWilliams.
