Needs Some Straight Talk

A man used a sharp knife to remove a Straight Talk Wireless cell phone from a shelf at a Walmart store in South Union Township, Pa. The man went to another aisle to remove it from the package, apparently in a theft attempt, using the same knife. When he cut the package he slipped and drove the knife into his own arm. Employees noticed him, what with the blood gushing out of his arm, but the man grabbed a towel, wrapped it around his arm, left the store, and drove himself to a hospital, police say. His wound was so severe he had to be helicoptered to a larger hospital. David Lee, 46, was arrested at the hospital on a charge of retail theft. “I didn’t think he’d ever try that big of a stunt,” said his mother, Patty Lee, explaining that David is addicted to heroin. (RC/KDKA Pittsburgh) ...Well no wonder he wasn’t in pain.
