Put That In Your Pipe and Smoke It
A Florida Highway Patrol trooper tried to pull over a vehicle with a cracked windshield. The driver signaled he was pulling over, but then wouldn’t stop. The trooper pulled up next to the truck at a stop sign to get his attention. “The subject appeared dazed. The subject looked directly at me and motioned with two fingers like he was pulling over,” the trooper said. But the driver still didn’t pull over. At one point, the trooper says, the driver stopped for a moment to light up a crack pipe. The driver was finally apprehended after he rammed into two police cars. As he was taken into custody he yelled, “I’m out of my mind on drugs!” According to the arrest report, Christopher Conti, 46, refused to provide a blood sample, but asked the trooper, “Can you note in your report I was cranked out of my f---ing mind when you tried to stop me?” He is facing a list of charges, and authorities say he has an extensive criminal history — including arrests on drug charges, and for fleeing to elude. (MS/WFLA Tampa) ...Yeah, but the recent charges won’t count because he was cranked out of his mind.Original Publication Date: 03 April 2016
