Whack Job II

The first report to the Marion County (Ore.) Sheriff’s Office about Andrew Frey was that the man had called for a locksmith, and then allegedly refused to pay for the work performed. By the time deputies arrived, Frey had moved on. The second call was from a market, where Frey had refused to leave; the manager forced him out before deputies arrived. The third call was even weirder: the bartender at Iggy’s Bar & Grill in Salem says Frey, 37, had come in, dropped his pants, and started playing with himself. When deputies arrived he was still at it — and not only refused to stop, but resisted arrest. The deputy tried a Taser several times to no effect, and Frey allegedly attacked him. Multiple backup officers arrived, and it was a good thing: it took “at least” 15 officers to subdue him. Frey later admitted he had used methamphetamine, and had no recollection of his actions. He was charged with theft, public indecency, and resisting arrest. (RC/Portland Oregonian) ...Next time, they should call that store manager for backup.
