Happy Birthday, Let’s Sue

When L’erin Dobra of New Orleans, La., told Gambino’s bakery her son’s birthday cake was to have a picture of Bart, the bakery employee pictured a cartoon teenager. But Dobra actually wanted ...a lawyer. It seems her son Grayson has been a fan of personal-injury attorney Morris Bart since before he learned to walk or talk, thanks to Bart’s local TV commercials. “He would just sit and stare at the TV,” said L’erin. “You could call his name, give him a toy. He didn’t care. He just wanted to watch the Bart commercial.” Bart’s slogan, “one call, that’s all,” is one of Grayson’s favorite phrases. So Dobra decided to give her son a Morris Bart-themed party for his second birthday. The lawyer didn’t make it to the event, but he did send gifts, including an autographed 8-by-10 photo. (AC/Acadiana Advocate) ...I can’t wait til some bully punches Grayson. One call, that’ll be all.
